1st class sixteen years education in Civil Engineering from HEC/PEC recognized University.
Preference will be given to candidates having Masters in management science or project management.
Minimum 12 years post qualification experience including 05 years of relevant experience in project designing management, personal training, institutional capacity building, project documentation, Commodity & material procurement consultant & contract supervision.
Strong writing & communication skills and must be computer literate.
