Key Terms & Conditions
- Domicile: Only candidates with a Punjab Domicile are eligible to apply.
- Contract Period: Appointments will be made on a contract basis as per the UHS Service Statutes 2025.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit for candidates is 55 years as of the last date of application submission.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be granted as per the Government of Punjab’s prevailing policy.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
How To Apply Procedure
- Interested candidates must apply online through the official UHS job portal.
- After successful online submission, download and print the application form.
- Sign the printed form and attach attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, educational certificates, experience certificates, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Deposit the processing fee through the system-generated challan at any branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP). The fee is Rs. 500 for BPS-06 and Rs. 100 for BPS-01 to BPS-04.
- The complete application dossier must reach the Office of the Registrar, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore by the deadline.
