Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Masters degree (2nd Division)
Experience Required
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience should be in examination management, academic administration, or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in medical and health sciences education administration is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities
The Deputy Controller of Examinations (Medical & Health Sciences) will be responsible for:
Student Registration & Academic Records
- Managing student registration processes for BU’s affiliated medical and nursing institutions
- Maintaining comprehensive academic records and databases
- Ensuring accuracy and security of student information
Examination Management
- Managing and coordinating examinations for medical and health sciences programs
- Processing examination results efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring compliance with examination regulations and standards
Documentation & Certification
- Issuance of certificates, degrees, and transcripts
- Processing of medals and academic awards
- Managing document verification and authentication
Administrative Coordination
- Managing scholarships and financial aid documentation
- Handling affiliations with medical and nursing institutions
- Providing legal coordination for examination-related matters
- Performing duties assigned by the Controller of Examinations
Quality Assurance
- Ensuring compliance with Higher Education Commission (HEC) standards
- Maintaining quality standards in examination processes
- Implementing best practices in examination management
