Mansha Brothers, a leading technology and automation solutions provider in Pakistan, is urgently hiring for the following positions:
1. UPS Field Engineer (Lahore / Karachi)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- 1–3 years of UPS experience (1kVA–500kVA)
- Commissioning, battery testing & troubleshooting
- APC Certified preferred
2. SLA Executive (Lahore / Islamabad)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of SLA experience with CCTV, PABX, UPS, VC & IT hardware knowledge
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding SLA-related queries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service delivery issues
- Track, report, and analyze SLA performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas
- Prepare regular reports for management on SLA adherence and client satisfaction
3. Project Sales Engineer (Lahore / Islamabad / Karachi)
Key Requirements:
- Project sales experience, client handling, lead generation & closing
- PEC Registered preferred
