Position Details:
Job Title: Wing Head – New Initiatives, Governance & Controls (VP / SVP)
Reporting to: Divisional Head – Payment Services

In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the following position in the area of Operations based in Karachi.
Key Requirements:
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree and / or relevant diploma / certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of banking experience, out of which 04 years of experience in Payment Services related areas.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Hard-on expertise in Project Management.
- Hands-on expertise of consolidation / centralization of processes.
- Hands-on expertise of system implementations for Treasury, Remittance, Cash Management etc.
- Experience of process-engineering in Payment Services Areas.
- Expertise in Implementation of Business Continuity Planning.
- Good Communication and writing skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation of payment services and pursue with technology for designing the delivery plan.
- Ability to coordinate with different operations and business areas of the bank to centralize Payment Services related functions across the Bank.
- Ability to drive synergies within Payment Services activities being currently performed across the Group.
- Ability to represent Payment Services to contribute to Bank level initiatives already in process or to be taken.
- Ability to work with all departments of Payment Services for re-engineering their processes.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To facilitate departmental heads / teams of strengthening their operational and system controls.
- To address audit comments (internal & external) and implement measures to minimize and curtail recurrence.
- To support all areas of the Payment in developing their business continuity planning.
- To coordinate & ensure implementation of different Payment Services related to industry-wide initiatives.
- To facilitate relevant business in new product / service development.
- To lead and oversee Payment Services departments to develop and maintain their MIS.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s).
Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s policy / rules.
