Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicants who fulfill the following requirements should apply for the aforementioned vacancies on the Job Portal of Government of Sindh at https://sip.gos.pk.
  2. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category, with at least 40% marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and possess its certificate, issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.
  3. Age of the applicants shall be calculated as per relevant rules/policy issued by the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department, Government of Sindh.
  4. The share of quota reserved for the initial appointment shall be adhered to as per Law/Rules/Policy of Government of Sindh.
  5. Applicants who are already in Government Service should get NOC from their Department prior to submission of application and bring original copy of the NOC at the time of interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.
  6. The appointment shall be made as per the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and 21.11.2025 under provisions of Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and its rules, as amended from time to time.
  7. Short-listed applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
