General Instructions
- Applicants clearly mentioning the name of the post applied for along with bio-data including contact number and postal address attested copies of documents / experience certificate, CNIC, Domicile and PRC of (Sindh Province) possessing LTV /HTV Driving License for the post of Driver and two passport size photographs should be reach Office of The Director Minorities Affairs Sindh, Barrack No.12, Block-4/A, Sindh Secretariat Karachi during office hour’s within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.
- Those applicants who are already in Government Service: should apply through proper channel.
- The reserved quota for Women / Disable persons / Minorities and Transgender persons shall be maintained in accordance with the Law / Rules / Policies of Government of Sindh.
- Age relaxation shall be granted as per the prevailing Government of Sindh Rules & Policy.
- Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- The envelop must be clearly marked with the name of the applied post and the respective division.
- No TA & DA will be admissible for interview.
