Terms & Conditions
- Applicants who fulfill the following requirements shall be eligible to apply through the online job application via the Job Portal of Government of Sindh at https://sindh.sip.gos.pk.
- Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category for Sr/No: 1 to 3 and General Screening Test of Intermediate for Sr/No: 4 with at least 40% of marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and possess its certificate, issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned post.
- Age of the applicants, who applied for the test prior to promulgation of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024, dated: 16th October, 2024, shall be calculated with effect from the closing date of submission of application i.e: 30.11.2021. However, 05 years for those who applied after the promulgation of above Rules and the age shall be calculated with effect from: 12.05.2025 as provided in Notification of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department bearing No. SO-II (S&GAD) 5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated: 2nd December, 2025.
- The share of quota reserved for the initial appointment shall be adhered to as per Law/Rules/Policy of Government of Sindh.
- Applicants working in Government Service should get NOC from their Department prior to submission of application and shall bring the original copy of NOC at the time of interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Appointments shall be made as per the Policy Notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and under provisions of Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules, as amended from time to time.
- Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
